Join us for a Stroller Strides workout starting at 9:30am followed by some cool-down play time in the pool! We'll meet by the pool clubhouse area in the neighborhood for our workout and then hit the pool around 10:30. Don't forget swim diapers, pool floaties, sunscreen and plenty of water - pack a picnic too! Come for one, the other or BOTH!
