Body Back workouts at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk will meet by the Hampton Inn at Harper Ave and we will head out to the boardwalk and beach from there.

Outside of Run Club, we will meet at Greenfield Park only on the months that have 5 Wednesdays on the 5th Wednesday. These are the days we prepare and serve lunch at the Epworth Soup Kitchen just around the corner from Greenfield Park. Park by the tennis courts before we head out for our workout around the scenic lake!

Summer is here! Join us for Stroller Strides at the beach and plan to stay and play after. Plenty of free parking, changing area and shade under the pier for mamas and little ones. We'll meet by the pavilion for workout at 9:30am. Or meet us under the pier after class to play and picnic.

Join us for our summer Run Club Kick-off Event with a FREE Family Fun Run on Saturday, June 8 at Omega Sports in Hanover Center. We will head out from there for a short run around Empie Park and return to the store for shoe fitting, gait analysis, special discounted shopping deals just for us and post-run refreshments.

Techniques in Motion is our new home for our early morning Body Back and Strides 360 workouts starting in 2019! Find us there Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:45am for Body Back and Tuesdays at 6am for Strides 360.
