FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back® is a transformation, results based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in your own personal transformation.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels with or without the stroller, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. No running experience required!

Aaaannnnd just like that, it's winter! 🥶 • If you've lived in #wilmingtonnc for any amount of time you already know our seasons are non-existent. Summer one day, winter the next, back to a few days of fall...this time of year you never know what you're going to get. • If you're new to FIT4MOM Wilmington, or just need a reminder, our inclement weather policy is that we move our outdoor classes inside if the "feels like" temperature is 40 degrees or colder at class start time. We will make this determination at least one hour before start time. When we move inside we go to Independence Mall and meet just inside the food court entrance. This is when it is most important to make sure you are enrolled in advance for your workouts so that if there is a location change you will be notified via email or text. You can adjust your notification settings in your Pike 13 profile to be sure you are alerted. • Here's a look at the week ahead... Friends + Giving Week! begins tomorrow!
