Join us for one of our favorite summer Mom's Nights Out—a relaxing Stand-Up Paddleboard adventure on the Intracoastal! We'll launch from Canal Drive, paddle at a leisurely pace, then gather for a picnic lunch on the beach before heading back out for more fun on the water. Bring your own SUP/kayak or rent one through our group. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or trying it for the first time, all moms are welcome!

Join FIT4MOM Wilmington, 4th Trimester Mission, and Sip N Stroll for this FREE community event! This special gathering is designed for moms in the "4th trimester" who may not yet be cleared for exercise but are ready to step out, enjoy fresh air, and connect with fellow new moms. All moms, no matter the stage of motherhood, are welcome to join us for a relaxed walk and meaningful conversations. Plus, we’ll provide the coffee! Let’s come together, support one another, and share this journey of motherhood. This month anyone interested in hitting the beach after our walk is welcome to stick around.
