Join Team FIT4MOM Wilmington on October 10 for the Climb Out of the Darkness, a community event supporting Postpartum Support International and shining a light on perinatal mental health. Walk with us, connect with other families, and help raise awareness and support for moms who need it. All are welcome to join our FIT4MOM team!

Join us over at The Pumpkin Patch at Wesley for some festive photo ops and pumpkin picking. We will meet immediately after Stroller Barre around 10:45/11. They have pumpkins of all sizes! Even tiny ones for tiny people and wagon rides too! Ceili with Ash + Em Photography will also be on hand for optional mini-session photo shoot for just $20!

Join FIT4MOM Wilmington, 4th Trimester Mission, and Sip N Stroll for this FREE community event! This special gathering is designed for moms in the "4th trimester" who may not yet be cleared for exercise but are ready to step out, enjoy fresh air, and connect with fellow new moms. All moms, no matter the stage of motherhood, are welcome to join us for a relaxed walk and meaningful conversations. Plus, we’ll provide the coffee! Let’s come together, support one another, and share this journey of motherhood.

Bring your whole flock of turkeys for a fun family Strides 360 workout! Following class we'll have an opportunity for the kiddos to participate in their own Turkey Trot over at the Smart Start Family Festival.
