Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with your baby in the stroller. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the environment. Taught by nationally certified and specially trained fitness instructors (who are also moms!), it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the workout. This unique class will entertain and engage baby, while you get a great workout specific to your role as mom.
