Prenatal Yoga

Designed for your unique pregnant body, these calming and nurturing classes combine gentle, somatic and restorative yoga to bring comfort, ease and vitality; movements to help strengthen, stabilize and support your changing body; relaxation & meditation techniques deepen your inner awareness, connection to baby and trust in your body. These classes are appropriate for all trimesters and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
