Growga Kids classes include Social Emotional Learning, yoga/movement, and mindfulness. We offer programming for toddlers to teens that is engaging and fun. In addition to offering mindfulness techniques for the child, we also give resources and conversation starters that families can bring home with them to continue their journey together. We offer Little Sprouts (ages 2-5), Growga Kids (ages 5-10), and Family Growga (ages 3 and up). REGISTER FOR ALL GROWGA CLASSES HERE.

Little Sprouts - Our Little Sprouts program is for ages 2-5. They learn basic mindfulness elements through age-appropriate breath-work techniques, mindfulness, story time, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way. Little Sprouts is held Wednesdays at 1:30pm.

Growga Kids - Growga Kids classes for ages 5-10 are designed to improve body awareness, and encourage the development of communication and social skills. Growga Kids is held Wednesdays at 4pm.

Family Growga - Growga Family classes are designed for the whole family to enjoy together. The classes are centered around bringing stress relief, calm, and focus home in a fun and approachable way. Family Growga is held Saturdays at 10am.
