Reunion Workout!

The time has come for us to slowly begin to be back together IN PERSON (but still safely socially distanced!) again! Join us for our reunion workout this Wednesday at Hugh MacRae Park at 9:30am. Workout will be open to all current members and stroller friendly. Sarah will lead a portion of the class in {Stroller} Barre format and Melinda will lead another portion in HIIT {Stroller Strides/Body Back} format.
Outdoor gatherings are limited to 25 people so it is very important we get an accurate head count which will include moms + any children that are mobile/walking. Infants contained to strollers will not count towards the 25. Please enroll online to save your spot AND comment in the Facebook event with the number of mobile children you will have with you so we can be sure to stay under 25.
