Dance Fitness

Dance fitness classes are so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out! This class combines easy to follow cardio dance moves with pop, hip hop, 80’s and 90’s dance music for a total body workout. No previous dance experience is required. Just come and follow along for a fun, high energy workout suitable for all levels!
