4 Trimesters Yoga

Specially designd for the pregnant and early postpartum mom, 4 Trimester Yoga provides a safe space for you to take extra special care of yourself, bond with your baby and build community. There is a great need for moms to move and create space for their babies in the womb and to use the holistic practice of yoga to heal and integrate after giving birth.
