What to Expect:

Body Boost, Body Ignite & Strides 360 Workouts: Experience the transformative power of our fitness classes tailored just for moms. These small-group sessions will leave you feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on the new year.

Supportive Community: Connect with other moms who share your goals and inspire you to show up for yourself.

Sneak Peek: Get a taste of what our 8-week Body Well session has to offer, from fitness and nutrition guidance to stress relief and self-care tips.

Your Reset: No matter where you are in your wellness journey, this is your chance to reset and prioritize YOU in the new year.

The week of January 6, leading up to the start of our 8-week Body Well session on January 12, enjoy FREE Body Boost, Body Ignite and Strides 360 workouts at all locations.

    A little more about our workouts...

    Body Boost is a 60-minute, high intensity interval training (HIIT) total-body workout designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. You'll sweat, you'll connect with other women and every workout ends with a guided meditation. These classes are moms only - no kiddos/strollers, please.

    Body Ignite is our specially designed strength training workout. Specific sequences using a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and more energized and improve your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you! Each class is a total-body 60 minute workout finishing with a moment of stillness and an opportunity to clear your mind. This workout is moms only - no kiddos/strollers, please.

    Strides 360 is a fast-paced, heart pumping workout designed to improve speed, endurance and agility to help you sprint through mom life. Whether you're feeling your very best or not sure how you made it out the door, this class can be as hard as you need it to be! This class is stroller-friendly but absolutely fine to come solo!
